Property Facility Services Pte Ltd is a leading property and facility management company in Singapore with a diverse portfolio of local and overseas clients ranging from residential, commercial, retail and industrial properties.
We are committed to provide our staff, contractors and clients with a healthy, safe and secure workplace:

- Establish WSH standards for our safety and health performance against the realistic objectives and targets in the prevention/reduction of incidents.
- Comply with legislative and regulatory requirements through
- Enforcing company safety and health rules and require employees to follow.
- Providing employees with necessary personal protective equipment and train them to use and care for it properly.
- Continually improve our safety and health performance through
- Ensuring that all staff are trained and competent in safe work practices.
- Investigating accidents, near misses and dangerous occurrences to determine cause for reasonably practicable measures to prevent similar occurrence
- Communicating to employees and external stakeholders on safety and health requirements and practices.
- Conduct Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) management review annually to ensure hazards are been eliminated or reduced to an acceptable level to prevent injuries & illness
- Ensure that externally supplied services that impact upon the safety of our operations meet appropriate safety and health standards.
- Sensitise staff to terror threats and the importance to be prepared through implementation of SGsecure initiatives from the SGsecure Guide for Workplaces by appointed SGsecure representative
- Raise the capabilities of workplace to respond and recover from a terror attack through:
- equipping workplaces with contingency response plan, knowledge and skills to deal with terror attacks
- conducting regular exercises and trainings
- working closely with the authorities in times of crisis
- Build understanding and trust among co-workers so that the workforce remains cohesive in the aftermath of an attack through:
- Handling grievances /feedback to build a harmonious and cohesive workplace
Our principals goals are to:
- Improve health and safety management to eliminate injuries and illness in our workplace.
- Embrace SGsecure at workplace to strengthen the vigilance and resilience of our workplace to withstand terror attacks and other situations that may adversely affect the harmonious working relationships at our workplace.

Everyone is responsible to maintain and implement workplace safety and health practices as well as to play a part to prevent and deal with terror attack.
