Administrative Assistant (Singapore)

Immediate Supervisor: Condominium Manager / Team Manager

Working Location: Singapore

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handles the administrative functions in the day-to-day operations of the assigned condominium/building.
  • Provide customer service to the owners/tenants in the estate/building.
  • Ensure proper administration of facilities bookings
  • Collection of management and sinking funds
  • Ensure compliance with the by-laws of the estate/building.
  • Ensure compliance with the organisation’s policies and ISO procedures

 

Job Requirements:

  • Possess N/O level or Certificate in Office Skills
  • Minimum 1 year working experience
