Immediate Supervisor: Condominium Manager / Team Manager

Job Description:

(Roles & Responsibilities)

  • Assist the Manager in ensuring the smooth operations and effective management for the day-to-day operations of the assigned building
  • Carry out daily inspection to upkeep the property in good and serviceable conditions
  • Prepare, evaluate and recommend for contract / quotation works
  • Carry out all work functions to the highest standard expected for the client
  • Handle renewal of term contracts and upkeeping of contractual records
  • Manage service providers in cleaners, security and landscape
  • Attend to residents’ feedback and complaints
  • Manage facilities booking

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Building / Facility Management / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in building management services / managing strata-titled properties (condominiums)
